Criminal Defense
OUR SPECIALTY
We are focused criminal defense attorneys.
While we might take an occasional civil or family case for a longtime client, our
caseload is 99% criminal and traffic defense cases. We do that for a good reason. There’s no room for “Jacks-of-all-trades” in this business. Wisconsin and federal law changes almost daily. No good attorney can keep up with it all.
By focusing on criminal defense and traffic defense, we ensure that we know the law, and what the law might be tomorrow. We also focus on criminal and traffic defense because it concentrates our court appearances during criminal court times. That gives us enough time to meet with clients, review discovery, and prepare for litigation—when other “Jacks-of-all-trades” might be running over to family or civil court. When you hire us, you hire a criminal defense attorney.

Attorney Natalie Wisco is not only a genius in her field, but she’s also one of the very very rare ones that truly care about the outcome of her clients & will make sure you’re heard and will go above & beyond to help her clients. I’d recommend them to everyone I know that may be in need of a amazing attorney. Also extremely thorough and make sure you understand exactly what is going on. 10 out of 10!

“Mark represented my son years ago. He truly showed he was a man of conviction and caring and Natalie Wisco has worked for several of my close friends. Hard to find honest to goodness real caring people but they have the culture there that shows they care. They will truly fight for your rights.” – Monty S (2024)
“I would give ten stars if possible. Attorney Mark Richards’s representation has given me excellent results. The stress and worry one goes through when faced with a legal dilemma can be overwhelming as with who to choose to represent you. Mark immediately relieved me of this from the start. He’s a game-changer! If you are in need of an excellent attorney that delivers, this is the firm to choose. A helpful tip for any of you that need an attorney willing to go outside Racine, they handle cases all over Wisconsin. I have also had attorney Brian Dimmer handle traffic tickets in the past and would recommend his service also.”
